Mallard Masters Tournament
The centerpiece of the Mallard Masters Championship is the highly anticipated duck hunting tournament. This four-person team competition invites hunters to experience a day of world-class duck hunting in the heart of Woodruff County, Arkansas. Participants compete for the chance to earn bragging rights and big prizes, including more than $6,000 in gear and the event’s iconic green jackets for the winning team. Prizes are awarded to the top three teams, making it one of the most exciting hunting tournaments in the region. Tailfeathers & Tamales Dinner & Auction
Each year, the Tailfeathers & Tamales dinner draws a crowd for an evening of great food, entertainment, and community support. Catered by the beloved Tamale Factory in Gregory, Arkansas, this ticketed event includes a full dinner, live music, live and silent auctions, and unique gifts for every table. Attendees rave about the food, drinks, and festive atmosphere. Seating is limited, so early reservations are highly encouraged. Proceeds from the event benefit economic development efforts in Woodruff County, making it an evening that both supports and celebrates the local community.

Vendor Booths
Mallard Masters welcomes vendors from across the region to showcase their products and services. With an expected attendance of 300 to 400 visitors, the EXPO offers a valuable opportunity for businesses and organizations to connect with a passionate and engaged community. Booth registration is free, and vendors are encouraged to bring goods or causes that resonate with the heritage and values of the Mid-South.
Duck Gumbo Cookoff
Do you have what it takes to make the best duck gumbo in the Mid-South? Put your recipe to the test at the Mallard Masters Expo’s Duck Gumbo Cook-Off. Competitors bring their best pots to vie for top honors based on aroma, consistency, color, taste, and aftertaste. Cash prizes are awarded for the top three gumbos, and the best booth display is also recognized. Whether you’re a competitor or just coming to taste, this cook-off brings rich flavor and fun to the EXPO.
Hen Party
The Hen Party offers a stylish and fun escape for those looking for a different kind of EXPO experience. This ticketed event takes place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and includes drinks, lunch, and dessert, along with an impressive lineup of entertainment. Guests enjoy floral demonstrations, interior design inspiration, beauty tips, boutique shopping, and more. It’s the perfect way to enjoy the day with your girlfriends while supporting the Mallard Masters festivities.
Live Entertainment
Live music is a major part of the Mallard Masters experience. Throughout the EXPO and Tailfeathers & Tamales, guests enjoy performances from local and regional entertainers. The music adds to the festive atmosphere and creates a lively backdrop for the day’s events, from shopping at vendor booths to sampling duck gumbo.
