Mallard Masters welcomes vendors from across the region to showcase their products and services. The EXPO, expected to draw hundreds of visitors, offers a valuable opportunity for businesses and organizations to connect with a passionate and engaged community. Booth registration is $100, and vendors are encouraged to bring goods or causes that resonate with the heritage and values of the Mid-South.

  1. Final Day of Registration: Monday, December 14, 2026 @ 5 PM
  2. Booth Space 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep
  3. Electricity provided
  4. Heated Building (No Electric heaters allowed)
  5. A table and 2 chairs provided
  6. Wi-Fi provided
  7. Set-up: Friday, January 15, 2027 (8 AM – 6 PM)
  8. Set-up: Saturday, January 16, 2027 (7 AM)
  9. Booth opens at 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Saturday only
  10. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax
  11. Vendors are responsible for extension cords or any additional lighting
  12. Additional arrangements can be made if needed for set-up. Reach out if you need a special time.
